Softball
I hit the softball
it went past the base in field
I ran to each base
I caught the softball
my hand felt sweaty in my glove
I ran between base

Why it is important to have 8hrs sleep
The human body is like a machine it works hard for us every day. When the human body is rested, the body repairs itself, while we sleep.
Lack of sleep can increase a person's risk of developing medical conditions such as obesity ,diabetes and heart disease.
Eating healthy nutritional food and drinking plenty of water with exercise is a good way of looking after our body.
When people get the sleep they need, they will not only feel better, but will also increase their odds of living a healthier, more productive lives.

how I spend my holidays
We have holidays so we can have a break. We need a break because we can go and visit the family and give our brain a rest.
How we can spend our holidays?
I was cleaning the house and backyard and I got paid from my Mum and Dad. I went to Mcdonalds to have dinner,
and I went to go and play rugby with my cousin. After that I went home to have a rest.
How I spend my holiday ?
I had a family reunion at Tonga With my Dad and Mum’s family. We had fun at Tonga and we were swimming at the beach. We went back to New Zealand and we went home for a rest.

Dear Miss Anderson
Thank you for all your hard work in organising speakers for our Career days. I appreciate you taking the time to make sure that everything was set up before the speakers addressed the students.
It was interesting listening to all the different stories and how each person achieved their goals through hard work, determination, and having family support.
I have started to write down my own goals that I am working towards, and hope that one day I will have a successful career.
Yours sincerely
Mangila
